Shipping is available worldwide. For security purpose, as of June 11th of 2006, all shippings are insured and trackable. Delivery will take around 5 business days. It could be delayed by the condition of custom of each country.

Policy

Guarantee and Returning Policy

If what appears on your invoice is NOT what you intended to order, contact us immediately. In the case of merchandise damaged in shipping, we will file a claim with post office and replace your order. In the unlikely event that we have made an error in your order we will ask you to return the incorrect items at our cost within 2 weeks of delivery, and replace them if appropriate. If you have received something that you simply do not like, you may return it unused at your cost for a refund or replacement, but must first contact us for return instructions. Do not return items without our pre-authorization.

If an item fails to meet your expectations, simply return it and we will replace or exchange the product for you or refund your payment. Using the on-line payment service of PayPal, we accept credit card payment with Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Note that we do NOT accept credit card payment by giving us your credit card number and other details by e-mail, letter or fax(one reason is that this is not secure for you). Your payment must go through the on-line process. When you pay with credit card you will not be charged any fees from PayPal other than a minor membership registration fee the first time you use PayPal (USD 1.95). Your payment to us is in US dollars, but when charging your credit card it may be automatically converted to your desired currency, from US dollars to corresponding amounts in Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, or Yen, if you wish so.
